1. I gave it a 2-star review at that time for a problem of random repeating of typed-in characters, the constant 'Buy the Upgrade' popup, and the inability to create a new document (though I could edit an existing document).

2. Good program very poor rip off marketing.This app, that I'd been using for free for years, started acting up in May, 2020.

3. if tech support is important stick with free ver.The slideshow below the install button clearly states "View and edit elaborate text documents".

4. I find it misleading to say that in the description for the "free" version, since editing is not available.

5. I installed the newest upgrade today and played around a very little bit - it looks like things have been fixed - I can create new docs & sheets & the pop-up goes away & stays gone now.

6. I would like to see the Mail suite get more options like the option to mark the email "important" or "urgent" for sending and the ability to change the fonts inside the columns and rows, but these are not deal breakers for me.

7. Such a shame - I really liked this app, but "three strikes, you're out" in this highly competitive field.I love the OfficeSuites! I was a hardcore user of Microsoft's Office for over 20 years.

8. After about a week the free one simply will not give you any ability to do anything but subscribe to the pay per year/month version.

9. I started using OfficeSuites two years ago and I haven't looked back! I have used all the suites including Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Word, and Mail.

10. Pemium version 10.3.xx wasn't expensive for multiple devices, although their pricing scheme is confusing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MobiOffice Issues

1. Fix MobiOffice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MobiOffice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MobiOffice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MobiOffice" » Open MobiOffice: Word, Sheets, PDF » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MobiOffice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MobiOffice: Word, Sheets, PDF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MobiOffice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobiOffice: Word, Sheets, PDF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MobiOffice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MobiOffice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MobiOffice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MobiOffice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MobiOffice not working


2. Fix MobiOffice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MobiOffice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MobiOffice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MobiOffice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
