myJacksonCounty Customer Insights

1. It would make things easier to keep track of multiple things we pay taxes on.The problem with this app is when you try to put your debit card information it first asked for your GPS location which I don't understand that it when it goes to that it freezes up won't let you do anything else this should be fixed cuz I don't want to drive all the way up there just to payI was just sent a notification from a security app on my phone that this app is opening up my camera.

2. I was thrilled to finally have an easy way to deal with taxes and keep receipts but of course now that's not an option for me and that's really frustrating.Super easy to use! Effortlessly searched for and linked multiple accounts to my profile, then quickly added a payment method (it supports both cards and ACH/bank accounts) and paid my tax bills.

3. Delete information on my SD Card?? Why do you need to do that? When I called and asked why my value was being raised by 20% after nobody came to my house I was literally told, "what do you think my life is like? Go @#$% yourself " and then the coward hung up.This site does not properly handle email addresses with .cc top level domains.

4. Probably struggles with others that are newer or less common.Easy to use and view receipts of previous transactions.Very helpful 👌 but hard to understand for elderly users.confusing. what's with the fee of $20.? what happened to the $2.00 fee.

5. The app was working fine on my husband's phone, then his screen broke and he had to switch phones.

6. Also I was able to access receipts from previous years right in the dashboard.

7. I do like how easy it is to look up previous years.

8. The conversational flow of the app is very intuitive! It's for paying taxes and that's never fun, but they did a decent job.

9. Please fix whatever is causing this app to not work on certain phones.

10. It's easy.

11. The only thing I'd like is the ability to edit the name of the parcel.
