1. I was able to save my info and pick out a different license plate design too, how fun!How is a text message format easier than an application? The whole thing makes it seem as though you can't update your address on the app for your license renewal, but you can.....like.... The first blurb about "is your address the same? No? Then you cant continue." Is misleading to say the least.The NCDMV app was extreamly simple to navagate through.

2. Though in the FAQ page it says it directs you to download, the app glitched immediately after taking my payment and then navigated me back to the homepage without ever giving me the option for a continue button.

3. Manually enter the location to set an appointment and EVERY location says "there are no days available for an appointment at this location." Yet you're supposed to get an appointment in order to get or renew a license or ID.

4. I ordered a duplicate ID since my was lost/stolen and it was such a smooth experience! It was quick, easy to understand, clear and precise and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete.

5. I was trying to get my non-certified driving record, and after payment the button to download didn't show up.

6. Who would of thought the DMV would have such an easy & direct app because from what I remember no one enjoyed going to the DMV but now simple & quick.Well, while it can be convenient, it is not kept updated.

1. Fix myNCDMV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myNCDMV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myNCDMV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myNCDMV" » Open myNCDMV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myNCDMV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myNCDMV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myNCDMV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myNCDMV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myNCDMV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myNCDMV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myNCDMV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myNCDMV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myNCDMV not working

2. Fix myNCDMV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myNCDMV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myNCDMV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myNCDMV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
