1. also sometimes there is a glitch and it tells you that a different exercise is next so you are set up for one thing and then it's something completely different not allowing you to get the full 30 seconds for the specific workout.This is a really good app.
2. The downside is there are a lot of ads that make noise during the rest seconds, after the workout, & any time you click on a new section.
3. Thank you for getting this post surgical body up and moving.The workout intensity is great & can be done as easy to hard levels.
4. You need to review workout first to see if the other side is going to be worked.
5. Other than that, I appreciate the app so far, despite the ads.great exercises ! I wish they had a different voice for the instructions, less like a computer and more like a human.
6. The BMI calculator is having issues, it is mostly accurate when you first input your information, but if you try a second time it automatically says "extremely obese," you have to back out first then set it again.
7. It keeps saying 7 days remaining (the 7 rest days) so it doesn't actually let you know you've completed 30 days; is there any way to fix this on the app?Easy to do.
8. What I don't like is some of the directional exercises don't always have the mate later in the workout.
9. The best part is that the ibtervalsnare 25-30 seconds long so no matter how hard something is you try harder because it isn't too long.I like the timing and the combination of exercises.
10. There are pre & post workout stretches in the workout section.
11. I love the metronome timer and the app tells me what each exercise does.
