1. And it deducted 30 rupeesThis is a very good app, I have been using it for a long time, it needs a little change, while paying the bill from another Jazz number, the bill payment date must show the day the bill was paid.

2. Usually when I want to make transactions, the app goes on loading and loading and error occurs and my money also cut from my jazz cash account and also does not transfer to any bank account.

3. One caveat that is an annoying bug, an overdue utility bill payment always shows wrong amount deduction in the app.

5. Now with the latest update the App is too slow and most of the time payment got struck while making transactions.

7. As a long-time user, I have noticed outdated user interface, technical glitches, and a lack of innovative features compared to other mobile operator services.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JazzCash Issues

1. Fix JazzCash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JazzCash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JazzCash App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JazzCash" » Open JazzCash - Your Mobile Account » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JazzCash » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JazzCash - Your Mobile Account app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JazzCash servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JazzCash - Your Mobile Account" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JazzCash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JazzCash might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JazzCash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JazzCash then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JazzCash not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JazzCash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JazzCash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JazzCash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
