1. The problem isn't my bank the problem is this appApparently at some point had created an account, so tried resetting password- it tells me email doesn't exist.
2. If I'm paid up, both for advance and subscription, and I've waited the "cool off" period, I should be able to get my advance!Very frustrating! When you try and fill in a code from your email or phone number, the numbers don't line up so it tells you it's wrong everytime.
3. Also it's hard to find pricing information anywhere on their website or search engines.I have connected my bank and it won't load my Vola score, it just keeps spinning 2-3 times.
4. Then I tried to link my bank account and that page kept coming up blank so I just uninstalled it.
5. Personally, there were no issues linking a bank account or taking advances in my experience.
6. I have 1 email that I have used for years and there is no way it doesn't exist if I also created an account.
7. It really is no different than being charged a fee for taking out advances from any other app of this kind, i.e. MineyLion, Dave, ect.This app updated and now won't let me log in because it keeps asking me to update the app which has already been done.
8. Yes, at first, the amounts offered are rather small, but as you "earn" your way up to higher tiers (make repayments on time), advance amounts will increase.
9. Then when I try to see if I qualify for an advance it says my bank isn't connected.
10. Try another app, this one is buggy.They won't let me use chime as a bank account.
11. Says I'm eligible to take an advance, but when I try something pops up saying I've exhausted something, but I can't read the rest of it and it disappears.

Vola blocked or cancelled my account with them and will not stop charging me monthly fee 10.99. I have been emailing them on Facebook and regular email but they keep telling me that I’m not charged. I even screen shot the charge on by bank statement, with no response about it after I did this.
I have emailed several times asking if someone can help be get back into my account. You email back asking for id and giving me instructions to follow. I have followed these instructions and they are not working. I’ve sent id as u asked sent it several times and still can’t access my account. I have explained that I have two emails and this might be the confusion. Please help.
I need to update my phone number
I have an account with VOLA on a mobile app. I received an advance of $20. Vola continues to attempt to get the $20 while the funds are not available which have as a result resulted in $25 insufficient funds fee. I would like to ask that you do not attempt on a recurring basis to deduct the $20 as it is making it difficult for me to get the funds in my account to even be able to pay you. I ask that you suspend the attempts and wait until 6/14 to request the funds giving me time to get my bank account caught back up from the recurring fees.

I do not have an account with you! You have taken money out of my account for two months. I am contacting the police and CTC and filing a complaint against your company. I did not give you permission to take monies out of any of my banking accounts. You are stealing and I want my money credited back to my account immediately. I have never received money for your company.

Y’all did not deposit funds into my account even though it says processed on your end. I called and verified with my back and the say nothing is pending or coming in.
