1. Constantly telling me there has been an unknown error or that I have no internet connection but I do! Help is pointless as it's just a link to email which does not get responded to at all and all the emails I have had when setting up it changing password etc are in German! Rubbish!!I managed to adjust the device to enhance and reduce tone power on the headphones while listening to music.
2. Also, the achievements screen does not reflect the recorded data accurately e.g. the graphs show I have walked over 10,000 steps 73 times this year, but achievements only shows doing it once! Otherwise works well :)It's pretty stable, reliable and easy to use.
3. Can't complain too much as the app is free and the watch super cheap, but not a good choice if you're serious about your fitness. It only tells you your average heart rate for a given training session.
4. I would like to do so as well as to be a visible device on the cell phone screen when it is connected via Bluetoot connections.Does what it says on the box (as the saying goes).
5. A nice additional feature would be to graphically log body weight over time, user input obviously. My phone was able to connect with the tracker very easily.
6. I wish I could change the songs and that my device does not allow me even though it shows me marks for changing and releasing music.
7. It doesn't sync with the band automatically, it doesn't sync with the cloud server and half the time it can't even connect with the band at all.
8. App says not connected to device but it syncs fine!Absolute rubbish app, the watch is ok for £20 but the app is hopeless.
9. But not too bothered about pulse and sleep monitoring so happy with basic steps calories, distance and time.
10. I know it's inexpensive but it should be easier to set up than this !It's an ok app, but it stops tracking my run every time, even though my watch continues to track distance, time etc.
11. However, the sleep and heart rate graphs should be zoomable (finger pinch & spread), especially vertically for the heart rate.
