Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix External Keyboard Issues
1. Fix External Keyboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart External Keyboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the External Keyboard App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "External Keyboard" » Open External Keyboard » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for External Keyboard » click "UPDATE".
- Clear External Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from External Keyboard servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "External Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check External Keyboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, External Keyboard might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall External Keyboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall External Keyboard then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing External Keyboard not working
