If you are on in harry time for medicine, this is the place to get it after many days of requesting it (if you're lucky enough to get it fulfilled).App is good, but no option to add land-line number for the areas that have poor network coverage and no chat support.. if I am using an app then I need everything to be resolved in the app, calling back and forth makes it useless.I had a problem with order cancelation.

2. After 3 trials, order was delivered at midnight the third day 😕Orders take too long to be delivered.. Prices are out of date and they had to be changed every order.. Many items that supposed to be available are not- Very bad customer service attitude towards customers.

1. Fix Yodawy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yodawy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yodawy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yodawy" » Open Yodawy - Healthcare Simplified » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yodawy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yodawy - Healthcare Simplified app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yodawy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yodawy - Healthcare Simplified" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yodawy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yodawy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yodawy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yodawy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yodawy not working

2. Fix Yodawy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yodawy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yodawy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yodawy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
