4. If you dont maintain timing, please do not run this type of services.This app has saved my life and had played a pivotal role in my life.
5. There should be option to send the prescription again or to send a newer one without getting a new appointment by the patient.
6. Most of the medicines are not enlisted in your software, so very difficult to prescribe required medicine.
7. I say this because they take payment upfront, and the doctor doesnt show up, then take 3 weeks or more for refund.
8. Connection didn’t establish at first go, required 4-5 times! 2.
9. Plz take necessary steps to correct.Not functional, incompetent people working.
