1. When I try to get to my courses, it asks for my password repeatedly, not allowing me access to my courses.Its so easy to take a class they give you all the eval hand outs its sooo worth it!!! I have been using it for 3 years now and they keep updating the information and the workout programs help with telehealth programs! My patients love it as well!This is great to have courses that are offered on an app.

2. I have not been able to view a single course yet!You can study any subject, setting, prepare for a certification, etc.

3. Also, it has stopped tracking progress, so if you go a course that you had previously started, you better keep track of exactly where you were otherwise it'll start you from the beginning.I have a one year unlimited subscription and wanted to use this apps to watch the CUE classes.

4. I'll give them a week, then I'm downgrading to a 4* if not fixed; for now 5*This has been EXACTLY what I needed for being to two years out from grad school and wanting to hone my skills as an SLP.

5. This app makes access to the CEU courses quick and easy.It is very convienent to use the app or website.

6. The problem when using the app versus the desktop version, is with the app if you use it in landscape as most people I think would try to do to view more, the PowerPoint part of the presentation is not visible, and there's no way that I found to make it so.

8. The education, instructions for assistive devices on stairs is a joke, even a non rehab person will be able to see the safety issues.

1. Fix Medbridge Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Medbridge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Medbridge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Medbridge" » Open Medbridge » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Medbridge » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Medbridge app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Medbridge servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Medbridge" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Medbridge app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Medbridge might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Medbridge. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Medbridge then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Medbridge not working

2. Fix Medbridge Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Medbridge be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Medbridge not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Medbridge may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
