1. It's so slow it's generally quicker to just walk inside and get the fob vs waiting for this app to even launch to unlock the door.Gave the app full access to my phone....still not logging in (just giving generic error).

2. Completely unacceptable.5 stars fir ease of use, terrific graphics and comprehensive tools/info!!!Easy to use and navigate within.super slow and works half the time.

3. Pathetic overall for the price I spent on features like autostart, geolocations sent to my car and trying to find top rated accommodations.Until recently liked and used the ap.

4. Figure this out ASAP!the worst web page ever, never consistant , always updated , just can't seem to get it right the first time.App is garbage.

5. It is now saying it requires ability to manage phone which is unacceptable.

6. Needs approval to make phone calls? Not sure why.

7. Of course this MB app works as advertised because it takes your money every month but not their MB Me app which I use everyday.

8. Mercedes Benz has apparently decided they don't want me to use this ap because I will not grant that unnecessary permission.Ugh it's so awful.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My MBFS Issues

1. Fix My MBFS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My MBFS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My MBFS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My MBFS" » Open My MBFS for Phone » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My MBFS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My MBFS for Phone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My MBFS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My MBFS for Phone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My MBFS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My MBFS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My MBFS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My MBFS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My MBFS not working


2. Fix My MBFS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My MBFS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My MBFS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My MBFS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
