1. It was better before the last updateCan't add my card every time with a different error! The last one is "this card type is not currently supported" !! That's YOUR classic debit card, NBE !!!!The application crash and i have to reinstall it everytime i need to use the application, worst wallet you can have.Shame on you, Policy dictates using my info for ads and commercial targets!!! I refused immediately and looking for another ewallet.Don't use it, it's a bug application please use any electronic wallet instead of NBE, Bad service, bad process and bad customer serviceCan't access transactions log after last update.

I have no idea why no one is carrying about fixing the issue, and the call centre is just repeating the same thing to change the password and reinstall the app, I tried to explain that the password is just fine and I did already reinstall the app but still have the same issue my wallet is blocked and they can not even see it ???????!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FIND ANOTHER WALLET AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGYThis app is useless and full of bugs ... I called the call center many times and every time they come with same useless solution which is to reinstall the app and try again later.

3. Big bank with a bad app.I can't link any of my card after the last update, CS have no solution, just the same things everytime like reinstall or change pin and the same problem,, very bad application...Sometimes spent the whole day trying to connect with out any progress.

4. Also I sometimes need to send payment receipt to billers in case of facing a problem as a proof of payment but it's impossible because you're disabling screenshots.

5. The worest thing it's an application for the biggest bank in egyptWhat is this!! Not working at all, I don't recommend it to anyone.

6. Hundreds of times try to load the wallet from my card with no success.

7. so either send us an sms or email with receipt details or enable screenshots on receipt details page.

8. It returns error of code 65545.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NBE-PhoneCash Issues

1. Fix NBE-PhoneCash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NBE-PhoneCash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  4. Check NBE-PhoneCash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NBE-PhoneCash might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NBE-PhoneCash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NBE-PhoneCash then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NBE-PhoneCash not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NBE-PhoneCash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
