1. Now, nothing is willing to load, slow as hell, I can't message doctors because it won't load the messages, it's so bright that I have to turn my brightness all the way down(I am autistic and sensitive to light) which doesn't help at all and the app refuses to use dark mode, and the back button to the phone itself closes out the app.

Also very hard to navigate with all the new changes, too difficult to contact providers They really buried how to find that information on the updated portal not user friendly at all.The latest version is full of bugs, is unstable, and lacks functionalities with respect to the previous version (i.e. add the result of blood pressure measurement).

3. Horrible experience since the update and I thought it would get better over time but not so much has helped.The new version of this app use weird fonts in strange proportion/scale that look completely out of place instead of using the better font built-in to the operating system.

4. The previous version of this app was better in every way.App worked a bit before the update but now every time I try to use, or even open it, it crashes.

5. I also lost patient notes!After trying to use new app a lot in recent days I am spending a lot of time searing for features that I was used to finding on prior app version.

6. The navigation is not easy at all, it crashes multiple times if I have even one other thing open on my phone, when you go to appointments, the tab isn't immediately intuitive to take you to the upcoming ones right away.

7. On the computer the app looks fine, layout is improved.The latest version is not as user-friendly as the previous version.

8. The app stinks! I try to use it for appointments and it continuously crashes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it doesn't matter somebody needs to get in there and fix any bugs or make it less prone to crashing it doesn't work as it's supposed to.

9. I am trying to figure our bill payments and look at previous notes and now can barely even choose one thing before the app crashes.

10. It was SO EASY TO USE, could use the phone's dark mode, and was not slow at all.

11. I really miss the night mode (dark display mode) old version had.
