1. so i get to the store, 30 minutes after they told me the pictures would be finished printing and the photos are still not ready (this might not have been the apps fault) once i get my photos, im missing 5 photos and a bunch of the pictures that did print are cut off from the face, & i have a bunch of photos that are not mine😡This really is a fantastic app.

2. Wins all around! I could go on...Photo quality is terrible! Didn't feel comfortable with CVS keeping my old photos, so I had to reprint all of them again at the in-store CVS machine to get decent quality and ended up paying double.

3. So leave it alone!!if i could rate this app less, i would!!so i use the app, everything works out great it was easy to pick my local store, they gave me a time the photos would be ready.

4. It also does not let you print more than 20 at a time and it doesn't tell you until you're trying to check out.The instructions are soooo easy to follow.

5. Beginning of April ordered more photos and a large framed photo.

1. Fix 1 Hour Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1 Hour Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1 Hour Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1 Hour Photo" » Open 1 Hour Photo: CVS Photo Prints » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1 Hour Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1 Hour Photo: CVS Photo Prints app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1 Hour Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1 Hour Photo: CVS Photo Prints" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1 Hour Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1 Hour Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1 Hour Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1 Hour Photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1 Hour Photo not working

2. Fix 1 Hour Photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1 Hour Photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 1 Hour Photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 1 Hour Photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
