1. A lot of varieties to choose from for your photo prints and the quality is so awesome! At first I thought I'd just give the free book a try but I ended up getting a plan and ordering more items, immortalizing more beautiful memories.Useless. Can't read product descriptions, sort photos by your albums or even access photos you've previously uploaded to their desktop site using the app.

2. Poor interface for a quality printing company.App mostly works well and is reasonably easy to use bit its glitchy and kept crashing when I was trying to swap photos between pages in Little Black Book.

3. I had a disappointing experience with the app, ordered 3 projects, they did not upload correctly, the app deleted all 3 editable projects so I would have to start over... Also the editor does not allow moving the pages around so the placing of photos and the final outcome is totally random.

4. The products and books they offer are nice but prepare to being screwed if you want to cancel your plan.Beautiful products but a slow and cumbersome app to use on a mobile device.

5. Photo products are great but they need to get with the times and allow better interface with mobile devices.Unfortunately the app does not sync with the website, so you can't edit projects on both.

6. I think the holiday discounted price is good value, but I won't buy at full price.Really nice high quality photo book.

7. The plan is amazing, no rush in deciding when to use your credits, gives you time to really create a memorable item that can be given as a gift or for yourself to keep.

8. Yes, the hardcover 8x8 book is free but you do pay for shipping and the amount depends on your location and when you want it.

1. Fix Zno Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zno: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zno App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zno" » Open Zno: Photo Books & Prints » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zno » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zno: Photo Books & Prints app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zno servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zno: Photo Books & Prints" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zno app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zno might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zno. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zno then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zno not working

2. Fix Zno Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zno be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zno not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zno may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
