But now I need to look more than 1 year ahead, and cannot do it, bc you need to buy premium for that and I cannot do that also - page just downloading endlessly.Sure the app hasn't been updated for quite some time, but it's still one of my go to tools along with some others whenever I go travel or go on a photography trip.

2. Nolonger allows searching location - coordinate information and you need to enter manually and search them using Google Maps pin drop.I love this app, it's the only one that have function I need - moon and sun rising graphic.

3. I understand predicting weather patterns is a very hard thing to do but it seems like features like the 'expressive sky' should maybe discontinued when this inaccurate.Really love this application super helpful for finding good environments in which to shoot photos.

Being able to see elevation and location of sun and moon is quite handy along with a google earth overlay of my location.Personally, i found this app reasonably easy to use, at first you have to have a bit of a browse around the app to find out where everything is but after the initial first use; it's quite simple.

5. Too bad.This used to be the best app going for predicting stunning sunsets and sunrises, I'm not sure if they've recently changed their astronomical/weather source or algorithm but it now misses the ball every time, it's been like this for over 9 months.

6. Please figure this out guys I want to use additional Weather Services!Dates and location is time zone and DST, but the golden hour times are without such indication therefore leaving us in doubt what it really is.

7. The only thing that I'm rating it poorly on is that I cannot upgrade to Pro! Every time I attempt to do so it says item not found on the Play Store.

1. Fix Exsate Golden Hour Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Exsate Golden Hour: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Exsate Golden Hour App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Exsate Golden Hour" » Open Exsate Golden Hour » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Exsate Golden Hour » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Exsate Golden Hour app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Exsate Golden Hour servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Exsate Golden Hour" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Exsate Golden Hour app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Exsate Golden Hour might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Exsate Golden Hour. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Exsate Golden Hour then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Exsate Golden Hour not working
