This app has something for every photographer.I'm stuck at the moment at the app......but by looking at the filters its looks great I have a few pics that look dull but now I think they will look great with all these pictures I would give this app a 5/5 well done on making it ☺its awesome.....I was stuck for a moment there but thanks for the help team..... i am really glad that u did it..plus nice work with the app..and nice work with the assistance...everyone should download this ..perfect app ..i really recomend this application to everyone who uses lightroomit's useless.

2. even though the download doesn't show in the app itself but the pics download and they are amazing.This is absolutely cool! Easy to use, informative, free and to the point!I deleted the app and reinstalled again, I can not download any preset says download unsuccessful.

3. i have downloaded the presets and opened lightroom then boom, can't open file.Cannot download the presets on the new phone.

4. When I try to import the presets into LR, it says "can't open file".easy to use but the presets dont look that great when applied to picturesamazing app.

5. On app it shows that downloading but never complete the download.I downloaded the presets.

6. I have only used some of the filters on this app, but it really has all the different shades of colour/tones that have enhanced my photos.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Presets For Lightroom - Free DNG » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile Presets For Lightroom - Free DNG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Presets For Lightroom - Free DNG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
