Why should I report an Issue with Presets for Lightroom - FLTR?

1. There are also affordable presets for sale, but the free ones should be enough to get started :) It's convenient to have so many options in one place! Will edit review after I use it a bit more.This app has the ability to use 1600+ filters for an incredibly low price.

2. )There's a little bit of a learning curve to figure out how this works, but once you get it, it's such an easy way to find presets! And the free version is all you need.

3. This is NOT an editing app, it has free presets that you copy into the Lightroom App and apply to your own photos there.

6. I ended up paying for presets and when it came to watching a video on how to activate the presets, the video link didn't work.

7. Sometimes it's work and mostly not.Do not promote it as free preset if it's not free, this is misleading and very bad marketing.

8. Make sure you have the Adobe Lightroom app first, then as you look through presets and click "open" it will save to your Lightroom app.

9. I enjoy that there are a decent number of free filters, and paid ones you can unlock by watching an ad, but is in no way intrusive.

11. I've had this for a week now and I've asked friends to see if they could get the presets I bought to transfer and they can't get it to work.

1. Fix Presets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Presets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Presets App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Presets" » Open Presets for Lightroom - FLTR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Presets » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Presets for Lightroom - FLTR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Presets servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Presets for Lightroom - FLTR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Presets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Presets might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Presets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Presets then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Presets not working

2. Fix Presets Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Presets be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Presets not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Presets may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
