Also it dies not track my sleep which is a major reason why I bought it in the first place Good app so far, although I have only had the watch and been using the app since I got it which is about 2 days now!! Lol..This app SUCKS, every time i go back onto the app i havr to reconnect my phone to bluetooth, when i bout the watch it was suppose to check pulse, and O2, it does not do that, got me and my husband the same watch just differnt color and he has a couple apps that i do not.

2. Developers need to work on the app and fix the issues with an immediate update.At first the app works fine, sometimes it gets disconnected but on reconnecting it connects but from last 2 days i have tried numerous times but it doesn't connect.

3. I have reinstalled the app but it keeps on giving the connection failed error.Update: The watch simply will not connect to any fitness app on my phone which connects to Google fit or Samsung health.

4. Just bad, very very bad! Do not buy watch that go with this app, you will regret it and likely be unable to connect it to the app.This app is fraudulent, they ask for personal info and access to all files.

5. After answering the call on mobile still I see a notification sound on my watch.This app is simply awful... The watch would not connect to it.

6. There is another updated "M2" app that did connect to my watch, although it still has a clunky interface.

7. I'm just getting used to the watch, but may look for something different that would give me more dial faces.

8. Still much better than this one which doesn't connect at all.The app is trash, doesn't work at all.

9. Watch is getting disconnected automatically.

10. I see app and watch are frequently getting disconnected.

11. The feedback option in the app doesn't seem to work for me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix M2 Wear Issues

1. Fix M2 Wear Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart M2 Wear: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the M2 Wear App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "M2 Wear" » Open M2 Wear » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for M2 Wear » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear M2 Wear app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from M2 Wear servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "M2 Wear" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check M2 Wear app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, M2 Wear might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall M2 Wear. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall M2 Wear then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing M2 Wear not working


2. Fix M2 Wear Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make M2 Wear be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to M2 Wear not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, M2 Wear may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
