hi a recently brought asmart bracelet and tried to regester it on my android phone. i have got the app through gooogle play an put my email address and clicked get verifaction code and have done thnat lots of times as when i put the code it keeeps repeating the same message and i have a message send sms exceeds the limit i have uninstalled the app and reinstalledit and the same thing happens

Hi, I'm having difficulty registering my account. When I request a verification code, I keep getting a message pop up saying "Network error, please try later".
I waited 2 weeks, and I'm still getting the same message.
Its a smartwatch im trying to use wth my phone.Please help!

D23OJBQVYADC. IS THE ACCOUNT I INITIALLY DIRECT SIGNED IN WITH. I cannot sign into the app on an active phone as always makes a new account and no means to unregister the device from initial sign in. How can I unregister device so can set up again?

I downloaded hryfine but its you have network problem try again something like that but my phone is having network and it's working properly by using other apps

My watch shuts of randomly for hours. I charge it and it turns on. Once i try to connect the app on my phone to the watch, it crashes again.

I am unable to connect my smartwatch and it was not functioning showing blank with time and charge symbol. It was not even connecting to Bluetooth.
