1. I don't wear the watch at night, would be good to edit down time and up time at least.Sync device, it claims to take blood pressure and produces a reading that might be reasonable, though I don't understand how an infrared device can do that without a sphygmomanometer.

2. if you cannot 'soak' the watch in water why is there a swimming setting under the sport functions? messages would be easier to read if the text was displayed going from the top to bottom of the watchface so that more than 10 characters could appear in a line.

3. Why not have it track the sports information that is actually on the watch such as the activity, time, distance and calories? The friends contact list is also a useless function.

4. The directions are extremely thin, obscure, it's difficult to configure the application to sync the phone with the watch.

5. that may be due to the default font size of the watch and not the app per se, but it is a problem which is exacerbated by the fact that the display isn't on long enough for me to read it.

6. In comparison to the previous 2 fitness apps & watches I've had (one more expensive, one less expensive) I would have to rank this one third.Love this "watch".

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WearHealth Issues

1. Fix WearHealth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WearHealth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WearHealth App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WearHealth" » Open WearHealth » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WearHealth » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WearHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WearHealth servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WearHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WearHealth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WearHealth might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WearHealth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WearHealth then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WearHealth not working


2. Fix WearHealth Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WearHealth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WearHealth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WearHealth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • the screen on my WearHealth watch is black with random white lines. This occurred after I had it on the charger. I can't reset the screen because there are no words, only random white lines on a black screen. How do I regain the usual display?

  • Can no longer use Wear Health App. It is stuck on one screen. Tried to delete App but it won't let me. Also..just bought a new watch and want to connect it to the App. Now with the App not working, I have no watch that works for me. Very disappointed.

    Message is no friends meaning no contacts I presume
