1. I booked last minute mistakenly, a trip to London the following year, as the site defaults to next year (not last minute).

2. I do not recommend them under any circumstances!!! 👎Beyond Useless! Happy to take your money but the phone number will only deal with "new business" and the chat only deals with 5 specific questions leaving you with nowhere to go.

3. Perhaps that's because you have over £2000 of my money, have sent me a full confirmation and PRN, but haven't paid the airline / completed the booking (they've told me so).

4. The money was taken from my account (£663) but no booking confirmation was received or flight details.

5. They changed my booking in mid of my holidays and assign me same day flight arrival and departure with one hour window with a hotel stay.

6. Appalling & not covid safe!1070 euros cancelation fee for 960 euros trip, 35 days before flight, it's just insane.
