1. I have planned several trips to other countries within two separate time frames, and they have both gotten canceled a couple days before the departure and the other one refreshed my request, replacing it with prices triple the original one.

2. I thought I would have to lower standards but I got great flights,lower than compared to other travel apps without a bunch of restrictions, and a good deal on a rental for the trip.

3. I would never recommend this service and am willing to pay a little extra for assurances that I won't be charged 3x the price.I don't typically make reviews, but this app has been extremely unreliable for planning trips and going through hoops trying to make things work.

4. There was little red words that said alternative flights....and after I purchased my flight , cheepoair changed it to the "alternative days,", forcing me to either pay more for the original flights I chose , or....stay longer at a hotel which was cheaper.

5. Two stars for minimum functionality.I booked a $1200 flight with cheapoair but had to cancel because I wasn't able to get a visa, they wanted to charge me $700 just for cancellation.

6. So I chose the second alternative flights because I wasn't about to pay 759.00 more on top of the 400.00 I already paid...on top of every other thing I was forced to update.

7. i instantly got a call, an agent carefully verified everything, didn't have access to my credit card info, and wasn't able to complete the transaction because the initial one did actually process.

8. It would appear their data systems are properly set up and I was pleased with the thoroughness of the customer service.Boarding passes do not load or save properly on the Samsung Flip series of phones, likely due to the taller aspect ratio.

9. Once I explained that my seats were supposed to be free the lady did accommodate.My experience has been positive! Sometimes navigating the site and making sure I've included all the pricing of what I need can be confusing.

1. Fix CheapOair Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CheapOair: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CheapOair App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CheapOair" » Open CheapOair: Cheap Flight Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CheapOair » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CheapOair: Cheap Flight Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CheapOair servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CheapOair: Cheap Flight Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CheapOair app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CheapOair might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CheapOair. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CheapOair then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CheapOair not working

2. Fix CheapOair Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CheapOair be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CheapOair not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CheapOair may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
