1. I lost more than 3000 SAR and I had to cancel all of my flights.If I could give it a negative rating I would have, I have downloaded the app three years ago and even though I am using different mobile know I am facing the same issues, the app simply doesn't work, It always crashes and I am not able to book a flight.Worse application ever crashes every time i want to manage my bookings.

2. Whatsoever the case be, they just send a message few hours prior to the flight and mention that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused! The "Flyadeal Airlines" must be literally ashamed and doesn't deserve of being sorry because as a frequent flyer, I can say that it's their common practice nowadays to change the flight time twice and thrice.

3. This problem has been in app since I download it 3 months ago and still not fixed, like what the heck are you waiting for? Please take care of your application, it's rated 2.7 out of 5, such a shame for a big company..Doesn't search on the app When ever I search for flights after entering city date and no.

4. I couldn't get my boarding pass because of an error with their website (it showed my health status as inappropriate even though I have completed my doses and travelled on different airlines two days before this trip without any issues).

5. The Check-in and Manage Flights services do not work at all, everytime i try to enter the booking reference and the last name and press continue it brings me back to the home screen.

6. Travelling in a cheaper rate doesn't mean that a customer needs to be ill-treated this way!Useless ap, no real online check in.

7. The worst that the airline doesn't give online boarding pass after you complete your check in.

8. Does not even deserve one star.The worst airlines in terms of their flight schedules.

9. Menial Tricks!!!I've tried the app, i booked a flight from flyin and download the app to check in, nothing worked.

10. The website payment does not work it never send a request to my bank and I never receive the otp to make the payment.

11. flyadeal itself is a good experience, they have really cheap flights and the accomodation is great but my problem is that there app is not working and its always crashing.

1. Fix flyadeal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart flyadeal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the flyadeal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "flyadeal" » Open flyadeal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for flyadeal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear flyadeal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from flyadeal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "flyadeal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check flyadeal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, flyadeal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall flyadeal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall flyadeal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing flyadeal not working

2. Fix flyadeal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make flyadeal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to flyadeal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, flyadeal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
