Thank you for making my chores easier to achieve and it helps my budget.Items act like they can be rearranged, but the rearranging doesn't quite work -- leading to longer lists containing what look like duplicate entries, but are really just the items snapped back to their old positions, so deleting them removes them from the list entirely.

2. A simple "are you sure you want to delete these" message or something would be very helpful.Can move items in the list up and down so arrange them by shop.

3. I like to have some permanent items on my list, but I tick them off so I know I dont need them on my next shopping trip.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shopping List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shopping List: My Grocery List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shopping List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shopping List: My Grocery List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shopping List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shopping List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shopping List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shopping List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shopping List not working

2. Fix Shopping List Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shopping List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shopping List not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shopping List may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
