1. BUT, all of a sudden, everything but the additions in the last day was gone! I am lost to try to recreate the lists and cannot find a way to restore the items! I depended upon the app to list it and forget it untill I was shopping, now...Update: Have enjoyed using for many years.

2. You have to delete the entire list rather than item by item, making it more time consuming to keep scrolling past old stuff to get to new spaces.

5. Well they fixed the first issue, however today is July 7th 2023, I am unable to sync the list with my husband like we used to so I've written to them three times and they have not written back so I uninstalled and reinstalled and all the app does now is spool.

7. I add to my list throughout the day whenever I think about it and having ads pop up every time makes in impossible for me to do this.

8. I was in the store checked an item off my list and one of the GardenScapes video ads popped up at full volume.

9. At first an ad was popping up after everything I input, which was gonna be annoying, and would have defeated the whole purpose of downloading the app, (to help utilize my time in the store), then to spend more time watching ads.

1. Fix Super Simple Shopping List Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Super Simple Shopping List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Super Simple Shopping List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Super Simple Shopping List" » Open Super Simple Shopping List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Super Simple Shopping List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Super Simple Shopping List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Super Simple Shopping List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Super Simple Shopping List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Super Simple Shopping List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Super Simple Shopping List might not work.
