This also shows that the developers only care about money, not the users.It not bad but it keeps crashing within a seconds of opening it it needs work !!!When I passed up the "free" trial it crashed every single time I tried to open itSeems like I'm being charded 1/4th, ($500+ dollars!), of A LOT of money from this some sort of subscription or other.Installed the app, tried to open it then it crashedVery nice app, so nice to see the static photos becoming to life ❤️The application found GIF ideas which i could never reach using manual process.

2. Also when I pressed 7 days free premium, it tried to make me pay anyway.

3. Sure it's a useful app if you pay.It sucked, I couldn't even use photos from my camera role unless I got premium.

4. Why the hell would you ask a person to buy premium if they want pictures from their gallery.

5. On the free tier you can't select own pictures to experiment with, only the few the app suggests.

6. I tried it and didn't like it and uninstalled it.

1. Fix GIF Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIF Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIF Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIF Maker" » Open GIF Maker by Momento » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIF Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIF Maker by Momento app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIF Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIF Maker by Momento" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIF Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIF Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIF Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIF Maker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIF Maker not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIF Maker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIF Maker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIF Maker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
