Why should I report an Issue with Before After Collages?

1. Took me 20 minutes (23 actually) to do a small collage that on a (free) desktop program (that is open source & doesnt force users to watch the same damn advertisement repeatedly) would have taken less than 5 minutes.

2. Yeah, of course, like everyone else mentions, the ads cover an average of 30% of your screen, 100% of the time.I can understand that having ads is a good way for the developers to sell the app for free.

3. please dont waste your time downloading it .Very poor.. i made just few couples of before and after collage and it stopped for no reason.. and there are too many unnecessary ads.

5. I now question that friendship.How is the file browser so horrid 🤣🤣🤣 if we're creating before & after collages, we have to find things that are deep down our camera rolls.

8. After each image added (& you can only add them one at a time) & after each adjustment you are stuck watching an advertisement.

10. But this thing had to make us scroll all the way and not open the pictures on an outside app.

1. Fix Be Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Be: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Be App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Be" » Open Before After Collages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Be » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Before After Collages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Be servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Before After Collages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Be app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Be might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Be. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Be then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Be not working

2. Fix Be Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Be be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Be not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Be may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
