Why should I report an Issue with Gandr: Unlimited photo collage?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Tiddmod Studio to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Also the app needs tooltips and/or a brief walkthrough tutorial - I chanced on one or two functions I hadn't expected and perhaps there are more in there... In summary, it has great potential but isn't very useful as it is now.This is the only app I've found with space for more than 20 photos in a collage.

The only thing that I wish the app had, is the ability to connect to Google photos, since that is where most of my photos are saved....so, I have to go through the process of re-saving the photos back to my device before I can include them in a collage.Was really just looking to put screenshots in a descending line but that's not an option.

3. Please consider adding as a grid pattern, you'd be the only app that could do it and there's definitely a need.Biggest plus is definitely the ability to add as many photos as you want, where other collage makers are limited.

4. It's gonna save loads of time cutting out contact sheets or individual photos because you can stick it straight in as it looks great, you can also add borders and change the colour, loads of options.

5. Also, press and hold on a picture to delete it instead having to scroll through everything just to uncheck it.Great app! I like the fact that you can make a collage of hundreds of photos.

6. As many photos as you want without a stupid 10 to 15 picture limit, and it gives you the option to save your collages at a super high resolution.

7. Love that one can use a seemingly unlimited amount of photos, but the text options are limited to one colour, one font & covers the photos.

8. Unfortunately, the method used to select your photos is far from optimal and the collage layouts are limited.

9. Shame!Absolute god send of an app, if you are doing an art course and need to display photos or whatever in a sketchbook this is by far the best thing ever, you can put loads of photos and swap them.

1. Fix Gandr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gandr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gandr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gandr" » Open Gandr: Unlimited photo collage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gandr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gandr: Unlimited photo collage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gandr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gandr: Unlimited photo collage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gandr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gandr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gandr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gandr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gandr not working

2. Fix Gandr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gandr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gandr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gandr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
