1. Not to mention the hoops I had to jump through just to get them to acknowledge the switch to another company.In need of an update or something, when I login its telling me over and over I'm putting in an incorrect password but when I go to the site it's accepting my password, which sucks because whats the point of an app if you cant use it, I have reset my password many times to eliminate the option that I might be making an error on the password, but that's not the case bluntly said it's a SH**TY appWhat app? This app does nothing .
2. Don't you people test these things before making it available to customers?!? BTW I tried registering on the website same issue! Fix your system!Update: It works now! I'm able to set up Fingerprint login, but it never works when I try to login.
3. EVER! complete trash.I had saved my user ID and password on their website to pay the auto insurance bill.
4. Yes, it's cheaper than progressive and Geico, but it makes you think what will happen when you need them since they seem not to care about customers.During the registration process the app has "security questions" but you can't select them to input an answer.
5. I get a little pop up on the screen that says username and password are wrong which I know for a fact are not because I can sign in on my computer.
6. This company phone bill pay and app is the worst because they say my policy is incorrect when I enter the correct policy numbers.
7. I'm able to login with my password, but not the fingerprint.
8. It gives the error username or password doesn't match.
9. Error status 404 blah blah... Will I be charged for late payment and blamed for it too? Tried quick payment and doesn't match the record.
10. For instance, when I select the "my policy" tab and scroll to the bottom, a black bar at the bottom that says "looking to make a policy change?" is obstructing my view of the vin number for one of my vehicles.
11. The app ID card states all pertinent information except the state in which the policy was established which I have found some companies need that information to be on there.
