Kaspersky Password Manager Customer Insights

1. The auto fill sometimes gets glitchy and should be able to close it for a durationThis app is good for those of us that have a bad memory and still want to keep their password secure however twice so far I've had an issue when I changed my password in the app: when I attempt to log in after the password change the app tells me that I'm not using the correct password and the old password doesn't work either.

2. Should show metadata as an option for all entries, date/time/location/device name etc.Excellent password manager! I was using another app for years that had one frustrating feature, you could NOT save your passwords and reload them again onto the app because it wouldn't work! The file was always corrupted and I cannot count how many times I had to create ALL the passwords again.

3. Overall I love the ease of use and the password generator most, it has made me feel better about my account security.By far the best password manager I've found! I've used and paid for full copies of A LOT of password managers, none have come close to the reliability, and availability of Kaspersky.

4. It syncs to all my devices, sync bank cards and addresses, the integration of Chrome is perfect! I've seen no password manager that works this well in a browser, whether it's on the phone or a computer it's smooth and seamless.

5. After I uninstalled the app and re-installed it, my password is no longer accepted so I cannot get into my account via Android.Never been sold on Password storage apps, but honestly this has changed my mind.

6. I want to be able to edit from all my devices.Although it has room for improvement, I love my Kaspersky password app and the whole security suite for that matter.

7. If I have a different password which isn't saved in Kaspersky, then it's hard to enter it because the pop up message to Auto fill blocks my keyboard & won't go away until I press one letter, which I can't because it's right over the keyboard.

8. "18 new-type entry" "this entry was created in a newer version of the app and can't be displayed in the current version" The app's auto fill feature Is irregular, it should consistently open in browsers and once given permissions should open for apps.

9. This app is great, I can add or change a password on my phone and it will automatically update it on every device I have the app on.

10. I plan on waiting a week but for a paid service I shouldn't be locked out of my password manager.

11. I don't fancy the other password manager apps that are starting to use biometrics.
