1. VERY FRUSTRATING Let's not talk about the website; it always freezes, so I can't use that to clock in/outPiece of junk, almost every day I have to uninstall this app and install it again to clock in or out, and to see shift offers and completed shifts, makes me late and have to call them to readjust my times.

2. Ally owes me time and money lost from not being able to sign in.I keep resetting my password just to get in.

3. Read the reviews, I'm not the only one with this issue.App requires me to re-input my ID and password every time I clock in.

4. Layout is a bit clumsy looking compared to Ally Verification.Horrible. Impossible to edit shiftsI agree there are so many issues with this app.

5. It needs to list them in a calander view and list pay rates and if they are on going or fill in visits...as well as if they are male/female and the area in which the client is located.

1. Fix Ally Home Care Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ally Home Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ally Home Care App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ally Home Care" » Open Ally Home Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ally Home Care » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ally Home Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ally Home Care servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ally Home Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ally Home Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ally Home Care might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ally Home Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ally Home Care then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ally Home Care not working

2. Fix Ally Home Care Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ally Home Care be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ally Home Care not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ally Home Care may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
