Really enjoyed it before but is not worth the money to use it just to keep track of training a couple of times per week.*Amended score now I've had my dumb a** educated on calorie tracking! 🤣 It's a great app and has helped me start my journey of fat loss!* Love James and his no bs approach, so thought I'd give this a go, thought I'd try the free version before paying for the premium.
2. If you try to drag and let ot glide through the scroll bar it sort of spasms out and flows the opposite direction!This is so easy to use! Simple step by step guidance to what you want to look at and use! Awesome! Open up and take a look around, simple side features which you just tap and your done.A lot of work has gone into this.
