The new update doesn't seems like mining to me, the interface is poor,, pls do something about it, i have lost almost everything i mined,,, i love bondexLost all of my mined bondex coins,app takes forever to respond ,you reworked the app that's good but don't go wiping people's coins I had over 40 coins now it's zero and app just can't find the city like what the hell please fix these things asapHahahah, can't logi n in last version of app.

3. Thank you.I always believed bondex to be one of my best app, but this new update prove me otherwise, I lost many of my bondex coins, lost my mining rate( activity rate) also lost my referal team.

5. Good optimization! Android 13, Pixel 6aI updated the app and I can't login again.. it keeps showing me white page all the time!! Please fix this problem!! Till you fix it I'm giving you App one 🌟The app is good with simplicity.

6. When I open the app it takes longer time to respond, when I tap on a place to type, it can take more than 2 minutes before it respond.....very annoying....I can't also upload profile picture and intro video.

7. Disappointment of the year.I updated to this particular bondex today and everything I've mined so far is missing.

9. all information is gone including bndx bondex simply creates a new account on your email when you try to "login".

10. It will take a couple of minutes before you could perform a tax and if you click on a particular thing you'll just have to wait couple of minutes before it could respond.

1. Fix Bondex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bondex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bondex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bondex" » Open Bondex » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bondex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bondex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bondex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bondex" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bondex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bondex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bondex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bondex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bondex not working

2. Fix Bondex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bondex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bondex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bondex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
