1. Not worth it if I can't view the cameras outside my network, suffice to say support has been less than helpful.Terrible!!! Try to review footage of 4 cameras at once since i need to view all angles of a vehicle at once....THE CAMERAS ARE ALWAYS LAGGING OR AT DIFFERENT TIMES OR FROZEN OR OFFLINE.
2. Developer, why fix something that's not broke!Worst app! Device is always off line, can't rewind cameras to watch footage, takes forever to load and the quality of the live video is terrible.
3. So I basically paid for a camera system I can't use.Every once in awhile, the cameras drop off my cell phone and I play "hell" trying to reconnect.Horrible app.
4. The video feeds don't display and say device offline or network error but when I check with my old Galaxy S8 the video shows fine.
5. Had the camera installer here to figure out the problem and he realized he couldn't get any notifications on his Note 10+ phone for any of his client accounts.
6. It is extremely frustrating when I need to send quick footage of proof to my staff to show a customer that their vehicle came in with damage.
7. I am a business that I need to monitor frequently from these cameras and I can't because this app is worthless.
8. The "business" that installed my system tells me nothing is wrong with his app everytime I complain to him.
9. The live feed goes from HD to the lowest quality after 10 seconds.Just upgraded to a Galaxy S22.
10. It is not my internet service, i have added more and no difference this app needs a lot of work.Absolutely worthless.
11. Installed for multiple people/businesses across multiple locations, multiple networks and firewalls.
