1. Also there is no option to set up a new account to do this as requested by the updateapp now do not show search for vessel, cannot login, on dashboard indicates only container and shipments... CMA CGM REEFERMAN... oneplus 6t...android 10I don't think there is anything good about this company, my goods are supposed to arrive 3/03 but it's now 8/04/2021 which by all indication they can still extend the arrival time.The app is only information based needs to be upgraded with Market standards, pls have a look at Other Liner apps, Like Maersk & Hapag that might help..Very bad shipping container take too longer 4 months to get your container and not showing nothingThis app simply dont work, last year was working, now 0, uselessexellent app and the carrier is awesome..🤴CMACGM IT department, please check your application.

2. I understand sometimes some technical problems happen and vessel schedule changes, but this company every time 5days or 4days remaining the discharge time the extend only one day and continue like that till you think there's there's hacker running the system.

1. Fix CMA CGM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CMA CGM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CMA CGM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CMA CGM" » Open CMA CGM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CMA CGM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CMA CGM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CMA CGM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CMA CGM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CMA CGM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CMA CGM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CMA CGM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CMA CGM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CMA CGM not working

2. Fix CMA CGM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CMA CGM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CMA CGM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CMA CGM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
