It's almost the best phone mock-up editor I've found, probably best competitor to hiShoot2i, but it has very limited phone models with no apparent way to add custom phone templates and the last update (in the store page) was in 2019... hope it's not abandonedA great app, but when you switch to dark mode the frame of the device changes to white and I can't work on dark mode.

3. Variety of phone layouts is good but needs newer phones added since app hasn't been updated in a yr, more flat/outline options for modern aesthetic & OnePlus 7 without selfie camera open.

4. PLS NOTE: App's 54mb NOT 19mb! DEV Requests: Straight vertical phone layouts, landscape mode, 2020 phones.Absolutely incredible app! I just want to ask if it's possible to add the Honor 8x model, although it has a model that matches my screen resolution, it would be very appealing visually.

5. One suggestion form myside is, if you can able provide some images for background(from your side, ) instead of only colors and gradients.AMAZING! Professional looking mock-ups with many customization options for free! UI's clean, intuitive & offers in-app saving of mock-up projects.

8. Anyways, you should add an explication about this in the app, and you should add the option to add other screenshots after the project has been created, not only replacing them.It's conflicting to review this.

1. Fix InstaMocks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InstaMocks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InstaMocks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InstaMocks" » Open InstaMocks - Screenshot Design » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InstaMocks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InstaMocks - Screenshot Design app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InstaMocks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InstaMocks - Screenshot Design" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InstaMocks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InstaMocks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InstaMocks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InstaMocks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InstaMocks not working

2. Fix InstaMocks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InstaMocks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InstaMocks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InstaMocks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
