3. This App is for use by REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY.

4. Please contact your employer’s wellness department to receive an access code for each device you use in order to start using MyWellApp.

MyWellApp Customer Insights

1. Do you expect people to download the app, request the access code because they want to login a day or two later? The access code should work right away.It appears to be basically the same as the online portal.

2. For those having trouble finding your access code, I discovered you can click your profile picture on the online portal and then click "mobile access" to either find your access code or click "new" to receive one.

3. Because I can't pass the code page or where can i get the code to put there.I cannot get this to connect to my fitbit...... UGHApp would never download after 3 days of trying.Code for login does not work.

4. I went in to try again today and the app downloaded but when I tried to log in with the access code from my employer website it says the code is already in use.

5. So whats the piont of an app if you cant log into it.💁💁Cannot get app to accept the access code.

7. So, at this point it is useless.I dont have an access code in order to use the app.

8. If the code was just created, please try again in a few minutes." This is insane.

9. I was able to enter the one I was given and use it right away.Does not connect to fitbit data most of the time.

10. I have tried to login, but continually get the message "Invalid login.

11. first time I tried it would not download.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyWellApp Issues

1. Fix MyWellApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyWellApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyWellApp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyWellApp" » Open MyWellApp by CoreHealth » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyWellApp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyWellApp by CoreHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyWellApp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyWellApp by CoreHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyWellApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyWellApp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyWellApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyWellApp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyWellApp not working


2. Fix MyWellApp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyWellApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyWellApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyWellApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
