1. I've used the app and also visited the fairs in Hong Kong, this can help you connect to many good suppliers.It crashed! Lost all previous informatIon! This app have no failed safe mechanism that help at least keep safe user data and user saved information!not cool to need to give right to record and take video to use the app..you are in business world! everything is trade secrets!This is utterly unacceptable.

2. this app shouldn't be on the play store, it does not follow privacy law because if you deny acces it refuses to open the app.it crashed and access all the data in the phone which is not necessary according to their function they claimed.

3. I have uninstall and reinstall several times but still failed.wants to acces your entire phone data, your contacts, your messages, your photos, everything.

4. App requires too many privacy-invasive permissions including access to data on my device and tracking.

5. And you have to type all your information at the entrance again!Anderson Joel after registering i can't do anything with it, it is showing update and there is nothing to update.

6. BTW, HKTDC didn't answer any comments below related to privacy issue.This app has never shown badges.

7. There is no way I will use this app until it can be installed without the intrusive permissions.After downloading the app, it freezes and can't doing anything.

1. Fix HKTDC Marketplace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HKTDC Marketplace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HKTDC Marketplace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HKTDC Marketplace" » Open HKTDC Marketplace » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HKTDC Marketplace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HKTDC Marketplace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HKTDC Marketplace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HKTDC Marketplace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HKTDC Marketplace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HKTDC Marketplace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HKTDC Marketplace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HKTDC Marketplace then reinstall.
