3. A special thanks to the West Palm Beach branch for their patience and special help they gave me recently.Went from one of the easiest, user-friendly, intuitive banking apps to the worst I've ever had the displeasure of using with the last major update.

4. Apps should make mobile banking easier, not a hassle!App works great, have had it for years and I don't recall ever having an issue with it.
