1. Zink paper must very be careful for paper jam you can add one pice per time.Please add custom color adjustment option in addition to the filter presets - printer shifts colors towards pink and it would be great to have the possibility to adjust the image before printing it.

2. I have thw Location and Bluetooth always ON, still... it doesn't work!If you've recently had a problem with your printer, let me tell you this happen for an update.

3. After I did just that, the app found my printer immediately... Very strange, annoying and not really trustworthy, that it needs not only the location permission, but also that location services have to be turned on...I was quite worried after looking at the 1 star reviews but please ignore them.

4. As the printer can not be used by anything else (if you try and just print from your gallery, it doesn't recognise the printer, so it can't be used outside the app) I do not recommend this product due to bugged app!Used the app in the past, on the same phone.

1. Fix HUAWEI Printer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HUAWEI Printer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HUAWEI Printer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HUAWEI Printer" » Open HUAWEI Printer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HUAWEI Printer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HUAWEI Printer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HUAWEI Printer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HUAWEI Printer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HUAWEI Printer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HUAWEI Printer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HUAWEI Printer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HUAWEI Printer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HUAWEI Printer not working
