1. If you have a plan from HomeServe, you can easily manage your HomeServe account from your mobile device 24/7/365.
2. Some features must be accessed through a link in the app to our website.
1. The "my account" section in the app is just a wrapper around a browser, so if the site is down (as it seems to be now, since I keep getting a "general error" page when I log in), you can't access this section from the app.Just installed and added my first couple of items and I love it so far.
2. I love the idea as I'm a very organized person and am excited to get rid of a lot of paperwork! The only thing I don't like is that I couldn't sign in with my current homeserve account.
3. It's neverending! I think they should scrap this so called app, and start from scratch! This app used to be simple & easy-to-use, but now they have made it where you can't just be in your list of room, you can't put the rooms in the order you want, & when your in a room you still have to click more to see everything you have put in it.
4. Had to create a new account but regardless, I love it so far! I have a Google Pixel 3 and have not had issues with the app like others have stated in other reviews.Extremely resourceful for a DIY homeowner.
5. I expected to be able to use this app for managing my account and claims, but it seems even less useful than the website.
6. You used to be able to add items to a room simply by being in the room, but now all new items goes in the everything else room so you have to go back edit it into the room you want.
7. It does find most books for the you put in.Could be used for tracking manuals and appliances, but that's not the service I'm paying HomeServe for, and there are better apps for that.
8. No more going back home to find the correct size filter for my heating unit or other related items from my residence.
9. I signed up through the app and now the utility company is claiming they don't see my plans connected to my account.
10. Keep getting same errors over and over that says the page looking for no longer exists.
11. There is no information about your account in the app itself, making it no more useful than a browser.
