1. Disappointing.It's an amazing app, it has a very good gui, it's easy to use and has more features a usual training app would have, It used to crashed but what seemed to fix that problem was installing at an end of a week so it would begin week 2, that's what has stopped the crash bug for me, I like the assesment feature and a personalised training schedule, though if you turn your mobile off during a cardio session it would stop it and force you to restart, it is a rather annoying bug.
2. My training got stucked after completing the 1st level/stage, I was unable to level up to the 2nd stage because the schedule was still showing the first week's days.
3. At the moment I have the problem that I finished every exercise of level 4 100%,but it says I have only 50%cardio,and doesnt let me level up.The coaches are really good and help you stay motivated throughout the workout.
4. Also, even if your fitness exceeds the levels, you can't go past the first intermediate stage unless you complete the workouts.Awesome app for free, the levels and the assessment tests keep you motivated.
5. Would get 5 stars, but there's some bugs, for example in interval training, even if I didn't finish it, it said, I finished it and let me level up.
6. The 90 second gap between reps is way too long; there should be an option to skip this or shorten it, as well as the 10 minute warmup for cardio sessions if you want to do more than 1 session in a day for the more intermediate users.
7. there's no option to manually imput cardio assessment results either, which means I can't do any more fitness assessments.
8. I did a cardio session that was roughly 1.7 miles and it didn't track any of my progress, so it's not allowing me to finish the assessment.
9. Furthermore it's not clear that you should complete the 2 cardio sessions on the same day or on the week after, would be great to have some info on this.
10. Now the weekly training sessions don't reset at the end of the week, so you can't train at all (Edit; if you change training schedule it resets).
11. It starts you off at basic level 1 and doesn't let you proceed passed level 1 without doing the workouts, so it holds you back quite a bit.
