Not worth my time if I'm going to have to watch ad after ad just to figure out what the app offers.App is well laid out, more for conditioning for going into the military, can be adapted for regular use, overall not bad.Love the app, but I noticed how there isnt an option to do excercises without equiptment, I know it'll help you in the Army, but I dont have equiptment or substitutes at home:/Was preparing for tough mudder and this was very very helpful with training.
