1. The only reason I use it is because my local herbal life store uses it and it's the only way I can place my order ahead of time.I've never been able to open this app yet it is loaded onto my phone! Update: A month later I'm finally getting more than a white screen.

2. I would change this to 5 stars if the app or website or anything would contain the flavors.I forgot my password and for the 2 days I have tried to reset using the app "forgot password" it gives an error message.

3. I have never been able to login.When it works, it's great! It always logs me out and I have trouble logging back in even though I know the password / username is right.

4. I was told you need to Uninstall the app before updating it to avoid glitchesI like my local store that uses this app, but the app itself is hot garbage.

5. It has completely broken 5 (!!!) times in the 2 months I have been using it requiring me to completely uninstall/reinstall to get it to work again.

6. I know my password and login but it doesn't accept it.

7. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache, cleared the data.

8. I have changed my password and it will not take it right after I change it.

9. Also, now it will not even connect me to change my password again.

10. So much for using this app.Worked alright (not great) before the update now its not working at all.

11. It opens...then goes to a blank screen.This app would be good if it worked.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Engage Issues

1. Fix Engage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Engage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Engage App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Engage" » Open Engage - Your Club » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Engage » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Engage - Your Club app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Engage servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Engage - Your Club" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Engage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Engage might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Engage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Engage then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Engage not working


2. Fix Engage Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Engage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Engage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Engage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
