1. Herbalife needs to do better 🙄I cant add new items to the menu so I can't document new items I've made for customers 🤬 not happy with this at allSo many issues, every time it said update available even if the app has already been updated, I will be in the middle of a ticket when that bug happens and I have to re do the ticket and it happens nearly every ticket Update it forced me to do another update and not any reports or anything doesn't work how can updates be so terrible.

2. I want to document my sales!!!!!I was able to reorder the buttons on my cash register ONCE and can no longer find the settings tab to rearrange again.. please bring that feature back! Moving the more common bought items to the top makes checkout so much quicker!App frequently freezes.

Get it together.Says there is an update but only gives you the option to 'open' and then keeps you in a continuous loop stating there is an update but never downloads one and you are unable to use the app properlyI dont know what happened the last week or so, I have had to uninstall and reinstall about 4 times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HL MyClub Issues

1. Fix HL MyClub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HL MyClub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HL MyClub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HL MyClub" » Open HL MyClub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HL MyClub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HL MyClub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HL MyClub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HL MyClub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HL MyClub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HL MyClub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HL MyClub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HL MyClub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HL MyClub not working


2. Fix HL MyClub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HL MyClub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HL MyClub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HL MyClub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Our app wis blank now for 2 days. We have deleted it and reinstalled it still didnt help.
