touchControl Customer Insights

1. If you try to change the volume with the slide but the volume on your device is too low, the slide stays at the level you tried to change to instead of returning to the level the hearing aid is actually set to.

2. I do like how light they are and how well they fit my ears.Handy way to change the volume, especially if you only need one hearing aid.

3. However, it makes me turn off my Bluetooth earbud 1st, something the previous app I used (which doesn't work anymore after a hearing aid firmware update) didn't require.

4. It's easy enough to completely master in a few minutes, and with practice you'll be able to hear however you'd like, or just turn off, your decision.When I first got these hearing aids they I worked well.

5. I agree with the other rater that said he would like to change the EQ according to where he is because if only the audiologist adjusts it well it sounds fine in the office but go to a busy restaurant after and it no longer sounds right.

6. Siemens has a way to go in making their apps more robust and easy to use.Awsome! Only thing missing is separate adjustments for left volume and for right volume.

10. For instance, when using the volume control, I slide the bar to the right all the way ( loudest it will go) then I reduce the volume by pushing the button on my aid.

11. But, as soon as I get to a place that has varying acoustics then my aids don't sound right.I was almost deaf before I received the hearing aids, and this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix touchControl Issues

1. Fix touchControl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart touchControl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the touchControl App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "touchControl" » Open touchControl » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for touchControl » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear touchControl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from touchControl servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "touchControl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check touchControl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, touchControl might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall touchControl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall touchControl then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing touchControl not working


2. Fix touchControl Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make touchControl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to touchControl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, touchControl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    Je souhaiterais savoir pourquoi l'application ne me donne pas les mêmes performances selon mon mobile Samsung Galaxy A80 - modèle SM-A805F/DS et un mobile Apple ?
    Selon des essais sur différents modèles Apple, je n'ai pas du tout la même performance sur mon mobile Samsung !
    Y a t'il un ou des réglages à faire sur mon mobile Samsung pour que l'application fonctionne mieux ?
