Then they have little pouches in each bag to put your pods and scent beads!I have used this app a couple of times Services great absolutely love it especially if you live in an apartment complex where you have shared laundry this is way better save time and money but I've been trying for a month to get the app to work and it's no longer working I've uninstalled reinstalled everything so very disappointed not sure if the if the service is still available or if it's just the app that's having problemssurprisingly, this service has worked flawlessly so far.

2. I did have one instance where my clothes came back and I was not satisfied with the way they were sent back and I was immediately reimbursed and the issue was resolved! I love that you can save your settings for the washer and dryer and assign it to each bag of laundry, for example my towels I was washed with hot water and dried hot.

3. I still enjoy it, it makes my life a little easier.Took a week and a half of attempting to get one load done before customer support had to force one through.Sometimes stuff comes back wonderful and half the time it doesn't.

4. I reported the washer and blocked her and one other that our clothes never smelled clean when they came back and now there's not enough hampr workers in our area to take our order.

1. Fix hampr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart hampr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the hampr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "hampr" » Open hampr: Laundry Service App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for hampr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear hampr: Laundry Service App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from hampr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "hampr: Laundry Service App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check hampr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, hampr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall hampr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall hampr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing hampr not working

2. Fix hampr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make hampr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to hampr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, hampr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
