1. Building had their lockers installed, better off going to local drycleaners or using a pick up/delivery service.App crashes every time I try to make an order, when entering locker number.
2. The update does not notify me when my clothes are done through the app or SMS text like it did previously! I have to open the app and check the status of my clothes and I have notifications turned on in the app itself and on my phone's settings! Also, entering a new order is not as seamless as it was before, the wording and layout is tricky.the service ia great.
3. Have ZERO interest in using Tide if the app cannot meet the absolute bare minimum.Useless. It won't let you select a location, so set up can't be completed.
4. Pressbox would text and email me those numbers, making this a pathetic exercise.Useless in Seattle in second half of 2021, great before that.
5. I'll just walk a couple blocks to the cleaners next time.July 2020 update - they reached out to fix the issues and glad to say it's Worthing smooth now ! Old - App doesn't even work as described.
6. Crashes when trying to place an order, you would think that would be the part they would ensure actually works because that's how they generate revenue, guess not 🤷 ♂️.
7. Completely useless app and service since it's impossible to make an order.
8. I've provided feedback to Tide directly that they should simply not advertise pickup and delivery times they cannot meet; no action has been taken.
9. If you're in Seattle or another area where service is degraded, my advice is wait a few months and see if things have gotten any better.
10. When my wife is on her way home from work, I'd like to text her those 2 sets of 4 digit numbers so she can retrieve our dry cleaning.
11. All I need is to know which locker you put my finished order, and to find the answer, it feels as though I need to be an expert on your app.
